I TOLD YOU SO...

I want you all to go back and read my post on January 28th of this year. I told all of you that Tim Tebow was a TERRIBLE NFL prospect, but you all told me I was wrong. "Look at him, he thinks Tebow will fail." you all laughed and mocked as you cruelly pointed your fingers at me. I became an outcast with all of my friends, my wife told me to stop posting, my brother in law actually told me he would beat me at Madden (that will NEVER happen) with whoever Tebow plays for next year, and WORST OF ALL the person who I hold dearest to my heart (my miniature doberman aka Killer) has not spoken to me since that post.

Finally, someone within the league HAS TO COURAGE TO STAND UP AND SAY IT!!! Let me introduce you to Mr. Uche Nwaneri. He is a 2 year starting guard for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Mr. Nwaneri posted something on the JAGUARS OFFICIAL MESSAGE BOARD that caught my attention. He posted The Top 5 Reasons why the Jaguars do not need to draft Tim Tebow, and i am going to give them to you here (the are straight from the horses mouth, so please do not load me down with how bad the spelling and grammar is).

5. He cant throw. PERIOD.
4. He cant read any coverage other than probably cover 2 or man cov. PERIOD (the only cov. in college lol).
3. the QB wildcat WILL NOT WORK IN THIS LEAGUE. PERIOD.
2. He doesnt know how to take a snap from center, nor is he even comfortable enough to.
1. HE CANT THROW. and thats really something you either have or not, never seen a qb who couldnt ever throw, just all of a sudden be able to throw just because hes now in the NFL.

As I read these comments (I posted a link to the article at the bottom of this page), I could not help but think about one thing, UCHE NWANERI HAS TO BE THE DUMBEST HUMAN BEING ON THE PLANET!!! Who comes out and criticizes the guy that his OWNER (also known as the person who signs his check) has openly talked about wanting to employ next year? I tell you who...a guy who will be UNEMPLOYED on April 25 (the Monday after the NFL draft). The Jaguars will draft Tim Tebow! How would you like for your prized possession, the rookie who is going to get ALL OF THE ATTENTION to have to walk into a locker room and have this guy waiting on him. I may agree with the assessment on Tim Tebow. I may think drafting him before the 3rd round is a bad idea, but I will not have to be in that locker room the day he walks in for the first time to meet the team. Lucky for Mr. Nwaneri, neither will he.
